Weโ€™ve updated the Customer Activity feed to give dealers a much clearer picture of their service department's impact. Instead of showing only what the customer paid out-of-pocket, Drive AI now displays the total value of the Repair Order (R/O).

This update ensures that every service visit reflects the actual work performed, making the data more transparent and useful for the entire dealership.

Whatโ€™s Changed?

Instead of just showing the "Customer Pay" amount, the Customer Activity line now displays the Full Repair Order (R/O) Total. This includes the combined value of:

  • Client Paid: This is the "out-of-pocket" expense for the vehicle owner.

  • Warranty: This portion is paid to the dealership by the Manufacturer (OEM) or a third-party service contract provider.

  • Internal: This is when the Dealership itself pays for the work.

The Activity Line: Now reflects the true scale of the work (e.g., "Alex serviced 2025 Ford Bronco Sport with an R/O of $550").

The Tooltip: Users can hover over a new info icon (i) to see exactly how that $550 is split (e.g., "Client = $50, Warranty = $300, Internal = $200").
