Drive AI may generate Upgrade Offers that include vehicles with lower, equal, or higher trim levels than the customer’s current vehicle.

This behaviour is fully controlled by two dealer settings. Updating these settings determines what trim levels can be included in Upgrade Offers.

  • Equivalent trim levels of the same model can be offered in Upgrade Offers.

  • Up to 2 trim levels higher of the same model can be offered in Upgrade Offers.

OFF = When this setting is OFF, no trim restrictions are applied:

What is restricted?

  • Nothing

What is allowed?

  • Lower, Higher, or Equivalent trim levels of the same model can be offered in Upgrade Offers

If a dealer would like to adjust either of these settings, please reach out to an Admin User, as these settings currently live within Dealer Settings in the Admin Portal.
