What’s New
When completing Service Drive Follow-Ups, you’ll now see:
A direct link to the most recent offer sent - Quickly access the exact offer related to your follow-up without navigating to the Activity section.
Service appointment date and closed RO date - Gain better visibility into the customer’s service history to personalize your outreach.
Improved note field - The “Leave a Note” field now supports multiple lines of text, making it easier to record detailed follow-up notes.
With this update, all the information you need is now visible directly in the Follow-Up view — helping you complete tasks faster and stay focused on your customers.
