See All Related Offers and Purchases Across a Household

When multiple customers belong to the same household, one member might receive an offer while another completes a purchase or takes action related to that offer.


Drive AI now links household activities, showing all related offers, engagements, and purchases together. Dealers get a complete view of customer interactions at both the individual and household level.


Example Scenario

Situation:

A household includes two members, Customer A and Customer B.

Customer A receives an offer for a 2025 Toyota RAV4, and Customer B buys the vehicle on April 23, 2025.


What the dealer sees now:

All household activity, from the offer sent to Customer A to the purchase by Customer B, is displayed on both customers’ activity pages. Dealers can easily track engagement and conversions across the household.


What’s New

  • Household Icon: Now visible on the Activity Side Panel to indicate linked household activity.

  • Clickable Purchase Activity: Purchases are now clickable and lead directly to the customer’s full activity page.

  • Household Activity Toggle: On the full activity page, dealers can toggle between viewing only the customer’s activities or all household activities, including offers, engagements, and purchases.

1. Activity Side Panel (Customer Profile Page – Right Side):

  • Provides a quick overview of the customer’s activities.

  • Household icon indicates linked household activity.

  • Purchases are clickable to access the full activity page.

  • Designed for fast, at-a-glance insights.


2. Full Activity Page:

  • Displays a complete view of all activities for the customer.

  • Household Activity Toggle:


  • On: See all activities for the household, including offers, engagements, and purchases.

  • Off: View only the individual customer’s activities.


  • Ideal for a deeper analysis of customer and household behavior.

  • Understand how offers lead to purchases across household members.
