When you connect with your customers, every detail matters, including the language you use. The more personalized and relevant your offers feel, the stronger the relationship you build with your customers.


That’s why we’ve updated the External Communications Language setting in Drive AI. You now have more flexibility to choose how your dealership communicates offers and more ways for your customers to engage in the language that feels right for them.



What’s New


1️⃣ Language Options for Your Dealership


The External Communications Language setting controls the language used in all external communications that go out to your customers through Drive AI offers.


You can now choose to send offers in:

  • English

  • French

  • Both English & French


👉 If you select both, you’ll be prompted to choose a Default Language. This ensures Drive AI always knows which language to use in cases where your customer’s language preference isn’t available.



2️⃣ Customers Can Set Their Own Preferences


Your customers now have more control over how they receive offers. They can update their preferred language:


  • Directly from the email offer they receive

  • In the customer portal


This ensures every customer always receives offers in the language they prefer.

  • Flexibility for your dealership: Choose the language(s) you want to use for all customer-facing offers.


  • Control for your customers: They can easily update their own preference at any time.
