Keep Offers Accurate by Automatically Replacing Out-of-Stock Vehicles

We understand that dealership inventory can change daily, vehicles get sold quickly, and your offers need to stay relevant. To help ensure your campaigns always feature in-stock vehicles, Drive AI now automatically replaces offers linked to sold vehicles with similar, available ones.


This automation keeps your marketing up to date, avoids promoting unavailable vehicles, and ensures customers always see accurate, live offers.



What This Means for You

When a vehicle in an active or scheduled offer is sold, Drive AI will automatically:
  • Detect that the vehicle is no longer in stock.

  • Find a replacement vehicle of the same style currently available in your inventory.

  • Recalculate offer details (pricing, payments, etc.) based on the new vehicle.

  • Refresh the offer across all campaign placements and in the Customer Portal, ensuring customers only see valid, in-stock offers.


This means:

  • No more expired or misleading offers being sent to customers.

  • Always-on campaigns that reflect your live inventory.

  • Better customer experience and improved lead quality.



Dealer Visibility & Transparency

You’ll be able to easily identify when and where replacements occurred.
  • Offers that have been automatically updated will include a “Replaced Vehicle” indicator in Drive AI.

  • Clicking the indicator will show details of the original vehicle and its replacement.


This gives you full visibility into offer substitutions while keeping your campaigns accurate and active.
