Print Offers Notifications – What’s New for You

As a busy dealer or service advisor, staying organized each morning is key. Customers are checking in for service, calls are coming in, and your team is getting ready for the day. To make your workflow even smoother, Drive AI has introduced a faster and easier way to access and print offers for customers coming in.


Previously, you printed Ready to Send offers by selecting customers and generating the PDF manually in Drive AI. This worked well, but we know every saved click makes a difference in your busy day.


Now, with Automate Ready to Send and Notifications, it’s even simpler:


With Automate Ready to Send, your email, SMS, and print offers are all generated based on your chosen lead time (days ahead of the service appointment) and scheduled deployment time.

  • Email and SMS offers are sent automatically to customers according to your schedule—no action required.


  • Print offers are generated at the same time as the email and SMS offers, but you need to download the PDF from the Notifications tab before printing. The list of customers included in each day’s print offers is based on their upcoming service appointments.


For example:

  • If your dealership sets Automate Ready to Send (or Autopilot) 7 days ahead of the service appointment at 10 AM, Drive AI will generate a print PDF showing customers whose service appointments are 7 days from that day.


So today at 10 AM, print offers will be available for customers with service appointments 7 days from today.


Tomorrow at 10 AM, a new print PDF will be generated for customers with service appointments 7 days from tomorrow, and so on.


  • If your dealership sets it to same day at 10 AM, print offers will be generated daily at 10 AM for customers with service appointments on that same day.

  • If there are no customers with service appointments on the targeted day, no print offers will be generated.


You can access your print offers under the Notifications tab, located in the upper right or lower left corner of your screen. From there, your offers in PDF format are ready to download and print, so they’re always prepared for customers arriving for their service appointments.

Update: Notification Enhancement for Print Files


Drive AI now includes the service appointment date range directly in the print file notification. This enhancement makes it easier to:


  • Quickly identify which service days the file applies to

  • Match printed offers to the correct appointments

  • Streamline service lane workflows
