How It Works


  • Instant AI Answers: Click the chat icon in Drive AI, and start typing your question. Our AI-powered chat bot will provide guidance instantly.


  • Talk to a Human: If you need more detailed, account specific help, simply choose the option ‘Speak with our team’ to connect with our support team. You’ll get the same great human support you’ve always experienced. 



FAQs


Q: What is the AI bot?

A: It’s an intelligent chat assistant built into Drive AI. It can answer common questions about Drive AI instantly, guide you through features step by step, and point you to resources when you need more detail.


Q: What if the AI bot doesn’t answer correctly?

A: You can click “Speak with our team” anytime, where a real person will step in and help. 


Q: Does the AI bot keep a history of past chats?

A: Yes. Chat history is saved so you can easily pick up where you left off. If you’d like to clear past conversations, just click the reset icon (a semicircle with an arrow) in the chat window.


Q: Can the AI bot help with my dealership’s specific account details?

A: Not at this time. The AI bot doesn’t have access to dealer-specific account information, so it can’t provide personalized troubleshooting that requires looking up your account. For those requests, you can click “Speak with our team” to connect directly with our awesome support team.


Q: Is this available to all Drive AI dealers?

A: Yes, all Drive AI users have access to the new chat widget.


Q: Do I need to pay to access it?

A: No. It’s free for all Drive AI dealers, included in your subscription, and gives you access to enhanced Drive AI support.


Q: Can the AI answer in French?

A: Yes. If a dealer types in French, the AI chat bot will respond in French too.
