We’ve enhanced Smart Segments to give you more control over your campaigns. You can now Include or Exclude customers based on Upcoming Service Appointments, helping you target exactly the right audience - whether you're trying to drive more bookings or avoid sending messages to customers who already have one.
What’s New
✅ Include
Targets vehicles that have an upcoming service appointment.
Ideal for reminders, add-on service offers, or pre-appointment communications.
Example: Include vehicles with a service appointment in the next 7 days → These vehicles will be included in your campaign.
🚫 Exclude
Excludes customers who already have an appointment booked.
Perfect for driving bookings by focusing only on those who haven’t scheduled a visit yet.
Example: Exclude customers with appointments in the next 5 days → These customers won’t receive your campaign.
Note:
Include applies at the vehicle level.
Exclude applies at the customer level. If any of the customer’s vehicles have an upcoming appointment, they will be excluded.
Where to Find It
1. Go to Smart Segments in your dashboard.
2. Create or edit a segment.
3. Add the Upcoming Service Appointment filter.
4. Choose Include or Exclude from the dropdown.
5. Set your desired time frame (e.g., next 3, 5, or 7 days).
6. Save and apply your segment.
