Overview
Our system uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze trade transactions and predict the vehicles a customer might be interested in. If the preferred vehicle isn’t available, the system suggests the next best match based on inventory and other factors.
The system prioritizes finding the same or a similar model first. Alternative options are suggested when data indicates they may also appeal to the customer. This ensures customers are presented relevant options from your inventory.
Addressing Concerns
If you’re concerned about how the matches are being made, here are two available solutions:
- Cross Model Trim Restrictions
- This setting prevents the system from suggesting lower trim levels when considering different models. It ensures that matches maintain a consistent level of quality and features.
- Never Match Rules
- If a match consistently falls short of expectations, we can create a specific “never match” rule to prevent that combination in the future.
