Below are the steps to upload customer data in Drive AI. Please ensure you make the necessary changes in your DMS first, as you’ll need to upload a screenshot as proof that the change was made on your end. This is important because we continuously receive data from your DMS, and if it isn't updated on your end, we may receive outdated information again.
Note: If your DMS is CDK, Reynolds, or PBS, simply make the update on your end, and we’ll automatically receive the updated record overnight.
