Troubleshooting Steps

If you are having issues viewing Drive AI, there are a few quick troubleshooting steps we can work through to try to help fix the problem.

Try signing out and back in again



Try clearing your cache and cookies

  1. Go to your browser 'Settings'.
  2. Click on 'Privacy and Security'.
  3. Click on 'Clear browsing data'.
  4. All checkboxes should be checked.
  5. Click on 'Clear data'.
  6. Refresh your browser.

Try disabling browser extensions



Try a different browser (We recommend Chrome)
